WHAT IS HYROX?

HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.

Whether you are an avid runner, a competitive Crossfit athlete or a first timer,  fitness racing will help your performance and all round health, use the resources below to get comfortable with the HYROX movements and prepare for the main event.

12.5m Overhand Sled Push 

12.5m Suspension Trainer Sled Squat Hikes

Station 3

2:30 Ski Erg

Station 4

Max meter KB Farmer Carry 

5x KB Deadlift

*Every 25m, Perform 5 KB Deadlift

How to Close A Race

Section duration: 15 mins 

Partner Workout - Partner 2 is timer, switch after 50 wallballs.

Perform Db Split Squats then Run for remaining time
