What Is It?
BNFIT Functional Training is a guided strength and conditioning program designed to improve your performance, aesthetics, and health using:
✅ Free weights (dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells)
✅ Bodyweight exercises
✅ Resistance bands
✅ Cardio machines (bike, row, ski)
Each session is 1 hour long and follows a structured, rotating program. Whether you're training for fat loss, strength, or athletic performance, you’ll benefit from progressive workouts without needing a full-time coach beside you.
How It Works:
🕒 Start anytime during Open Slots: Every 30 minutes
⏳ Each session lasts 1 hour
👥 Max 8 people per slot for optimal spacing and flow
