Warm-Up: Precision snatch prep with behind-the-neck presses, snatch balances, and overhead squats.
Snatch Strength: A progressive snatch workout focusing on technique, speed, and consistency under varying loads.
Fitness Challenge: A 18-minute EMOM-style workout with a mix of shuttle runs, pull-ups, push presses, rowing, and gymnastics movements.
🚀 Tips to Crush Today’s Workout
Warm-Up Focus: Use this time to dial in your snatch mechanics. Engage your lats, maintain an upright posture, and find stability in the overhead squat position.
Snatch Technique: Focus on speed and explosiveness. Keep the bar path close to your body, and ensure you pause at the bottom for stability and confidence.
