This Monday at BNFIT Gym, we kick off the week with a technical and strength-focused session featuring the snatch, followed by a functional fitness challenge designed to test your endurance, power, and gymnastics skills.

🔍 What’s in Today’s WOD?

  • Warm-Up: Precision snatch prep with behind-the-neck presses, snatch balances, and overhead squats.

  • Snatch Strength: A progressive snatch workout focusing on technique, speed, and consistency under varying loads.

  • Fitness Challenge: A 18-minute EMOM-style workout with a mix of shuttle runs, pull-ups, push presses, rowing, and gymnastics movements.


🚀 Tips to Crush Today’s Workout

  1. Warm-Up Focus: Use this time to dial in your snatch mechanics. Engage your lats, maintain an upright posture, and find stability in the overhead squat position.

  2. Snatch Technique: Focus on speed and explosiveness. Keep the bar path close to your body, and ensure you pause at the bottom for stability and confidence.

  3. Fitness Challenge:

    • Shuttle Runs: Aim for consistent pacing to avoid burnout.

    • Pull-Ups/Ring Rows: Break into manageable sets to maintain form.

    • Push Press: Drive through your legs and use a solid lockout.

    • Rowing: Focus on efficient strokes to maximize calories without overexertion.

    • Wall Walks/Inch Worm Push-Ups: Maintain core tension to protect your back.
