Welcome to the start of a brand-new week! Today’s workout is designed to push you physically and mentally, challenging your strength and stamina. From sumo deadlifts to front squats and thrusters, each movement will target key muscle groups while building endurance.

🏋️ Sumo Deadlifts – Building Total Body Power

We begin with sumo deadlifts, one of the best exercises for engaging your hips, glutes, and core. For this segment, we’ll increase the weight gradually, working our way up to a heavy single. Make sure you focus on form—keep your back straight and use your legs to power through each rep.


🔥 Thrusters & Front Squats – Lower Body Power

The thrusters and front squats will challenge both your lower body strength and cardiovascular endurance. With a 20-minute time cap, you'll alternate between heavy squats and thrusters, pushing your body to work through fatigue. But there’s a twist: every minute, you’ll stop what you're doing and complete 5 burpees! This will test your mental strength and ability to keep going when it gets tough.


Tips for Success:

  • Start with lighter weights to warm up during the sumo deadlifts.

  • During the thrusters and squats, focus on maintaining solid form. If needed, break the reps into manageable sets to avoid burnout.

  • For the EMOM burpees, try to maintain a steady pace so you can keep up with the workout without feeling overwhelmed.
